All plans include a minimum of one hour phone/Zoom support per month be that for technical advice, blog post uploads, design edits, or general assistance.

Our support and maintenance packages give you peace of mind your website remains up and running, up to date and online. Below is an outline of our basic monthly package. Any component can easily be upgraded to include more regular updates, more frequent backups (for example if you’re an ecommerce site), more support time, out of hours contact or a combination thereof.

Monthly updates to the core WordPress platform, theme, plugins and widgets.

Every website is different so every plan begins with a technical site scan to ensure we know what we are dealing with. We look for existing weaknesses and areas of real and potential threat.
In addition, to achieve specific designs and provide different features some WordPress websites use premium themes, plugins and widgets for which licences and/or subscriptions are required to enable their functionality and updates. Our support and maintenance plans do not cover the cost of these. Chances are you may not know if you have premium themes or plugins in which case we can advise on whether you have the best setup and/or there are better alternatives.
